The SG tries to „auto discover“ the ftp mode of the OCS.
First pasv FTP is chosen. If it fails, it chnges to active FTP (port mode).
This will fail if a firewalll in between closed the connection because of the use of pasv FTP.
The default behavior can be changed using the CLI or - much more fexibl - using a forward layer.
