Problem lies between proxy and server, usually a problem on the firewall.
Check logs and packet capture to see what's send and received from the proxy.

Policyx deny - unexpected „Access Denied“ or some missing elements of the webpage (images, css, …).
Check access log e.g: %%https://Proxy_IP:8082/accesslog/tail-f/main

Policy trace could also be helpful.
